What exactly does Reviiv do to my shoes?

We disinfect the materials, deep-clean the uppers, outsoles, insoles and laces; remove surface stains and odors; properly dry them to keep & restore their form; and give the shoes a fresh tune-up. We’ll also take care of minor repairs like gluing down loose areas, snipping loose threads, and sanding rough spots.

Think “spa day,” not “surgery.”

How long does the process take?

Turnaround is 5–7 business days in our shop, plus shipping time each way. You’ll get tracking numbers for both inbound and return legs.

What does it cost?

A single refurbishment is $59.

Orders that include 2 or more pairs always enjoy a 10% multi-pair discount across your full order!

Multi-pair orders can be shipped to us in the same box.

Who pays for shipping?

Shipping both ways is covered by Reviiv :)

What types of shoes do you clean?

We clean all types of athletic shoes. Road shoes, trail shoes, hiking shoes, walking shoes, sports shoes, whatever!

What about my Jordans, Dress Shoes, etc.

If you ship it, we’ll Reviiv it :)

Can you make my shoes “like new”?

We can make them look and smell a lot better, but we can’t reverse midsole compression or worn-down tread. If the shoes are structurally spent, it’s time to replace them.

What if my shoes are too far gone?

If we inspect and decide they’re beyond help, we’ll email you, and ship them back free of charge.

Is the cleaning process safe for technical fabrics?

Yes. We use gentle, sport-grade cleansers and air-drying—no harsh chemicals or high heat that could damage knit uppers or bonded seams. Our entire cleaning process is designed with the health and longevity of your shoes in mind.

Do you sanitize the shoes?

Every pair is disinfected and deodorized upon arrival. Additionally, all tools in the shop are sanitized between every cleaning.

How do I track my order?

We will email you when your shoes (a) arrive at our shop and (b) head back to you.
